How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 10-14 business days for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international shipping in the near future.
How can I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Is assembly included with my purchase?
Most of our items arrive flat-packed with easy-to-follow instructions. However, we offer a 'Premium Assembly' service at checkout for select metropolitan areas.
