At Cocoon Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't perfectly fit your space or style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return shipment.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
